Programmatic Offerings

Facilitate Change is excited to be offering three programmatic offerings to our community! What originally started with our Facilitation Fellowship in the summer of 2020 has now expanded to include the Change Fellowship and the Liberating Leadership program. These offerings are intentional spaces for a group of peers to engage in deep healing work with one another over the course of multiple sessions. Brief descriptions for each are below, along with links to find further information.

Facilitation Fellowship

Facilitate Change’s Facilitation Fellowship is an intentional 6-session series centering personal and community healing as a means for collective liberation. It is a space for fellows to build and deepen their relationships to themselves and each other. This is done through the practices of personal storytelling and holding space with and for one another, allowing fellows to participate in dialogue as action. For more information and the application, please visit the Facilitation Fellowship page.

Change Fellowship

The Change Fellowship is an opportunity to learn and practice Facilitate Change’s Theory of Change – Name it; Face it; Change it.

Whether you’re looking to facilitate culture change in your family, in your workplace, or in any other aspect of your community, this Fellowship will provide you with a community of peers to support you and be a sounding board through your process. Participation in the Facilitation Fellowship is recommended before engaging in this practice. For more information and the application, please visit the Change Fellowship page.

Liberating Leadership

An intentional community for nonprofit executives to deepen relationships with peers who are actively trying to shift their own organization’s culture. In this space individuals will share challenges as well as best practices learned through their own social justice journey. The Liberating Leadership Cohort will also create a common language around experiences of privilege and oppression and how they manifest in nonprofits. For more information and the application, please visit the Liberating Leadership page.
