Change Fellowship
The Change Fellowship is an opportunity to learn and practice Facilitate Change’s Theory of Change – Name it; Face it; Change it.
Whether you’re looking to facilitate culture change in your family, in your workplace, or in any other aspect of your community, this Fellowship will provide you with a community of peers to support you and be a sounding board through your process. Limited to eight participants, this intentional community will meet for two-hour sessions, six times. Each participant will also engage in a one-on-one needs assessment session with an FC Change Consultant as well as one coaching session with the same Change Consultant. Participation in the Facilitation Fellowship is recommended before engaging in this practice.

- July 25, 2023 – Introductions & Community Agreements
- August 8, 2023 – Theory of Change – Name it; Face it; Change it.
- August 15, 2023 – Organizing Cycle – A, B, C, D, E
- September 5, 2023 – Assessing Needs
- September 12, 2023 – Building Relationships

COST
We want to ensure that this Fellowship is financially accessible while still fairly compensating our facilitators for their labor. While the total program cost is still relatively low at approximately $5,456 splitting that cost amongst 8 participants evenly would still come to a rather inaccessible $682 per participant. Instead, Facilitate Change sees this Fellowship as a necessary investment in our community and our collective liberation.
We ask that accepted individuals select a donation from the tiered breakdown below that feels accessible to them while considering how privilege has impacted their current financial situation. There is no application fee. Facilitate Change will reserve:
